These Terms of Use govern your use of Nixt. Nixt is a personal subscription tracker that stays on your device, helps you spot forgotten renewals, and points you to the right place to cancel. Please read these terms before using the app.
By downloading, installing, or using Nixt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Nixt is a personal subscription tracker. You add your subscriptions manually and the app is local-first — your data lives in an on-device database, with no account required and no bank or email linking.
Nixt is provided for informational purposes only. Spend totals, renewal reminders, and savings estimates are not financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own subscriptions and billing decisions. Cancellation guidance links out to third-party websites and merchant help pages that we do not control; Nixt never cancels a subscription on your behalf.
Nixt is free to use for up to 3 subscriptions. Nixt Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions, renewal alerts, CSV export, and optional cross-device sync, and is offered at the following prices in Indian Rupees:
The monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, and each plan renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings at any time.
All purchases and renewals are managed through your Apple App Store account. Your use of the auto-renewing subscriptions is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Nixt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that reminders, renewal dates, or savings estimates are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, and you should verify important details directly with the relevant merchant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nixt and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed cancellation, charge, or renewal, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the effective date shown above. Continued use of Nixt after an update means you accept the revised terms.
